What sandpaper for prepping a painted wall for new paint?

Hi all

Embarrassed to ask this but can someone point me to some sandpaper on amazon suitable for prepping a painted living room wall for new paint?

It's the same paint, I just got told I need to sand it lightly first. But there's about a million different grits on amazon and I've no idea which one to get.

I've bought a cork block to wrap it round, so that's a start...!

80 grit Aluminium oxide paper is best. Get it on a roll and cut off what you need!
