Hi

I am replacing a ceiling light with a new light. The existing light fitting comes with fixed cable wire, which has then been connected to a terminal block. This terminal block has the loop in loop out and switch wires going into it ( see picture).
My new light doesnt come pre attached with any cable . So i assume i need some flex to attach my new light to the light fitting itself and terminal block in the ceiling. My question what size flex? I have some 1.5mm Flex . I read that 1mm to 1.5mm would be fine but i am not sure . Pls can anyone advise
