I'm going to paint the stairs/hallway and landing.
The gloss paint on the sides of the stairwell are in an awful mess and having previously tried to rub it down, without success, I'm not sure how to get round this.
As you can see from the pics (See my albums) it is very bumpy in places, and I don't want to damage the wallpaper as it starts in the hallway and carries all the way through to the upper landing(Nightmare, as it is woodchip).
Also when it comes to painting the ceiling, the highest point is 11ft tall from the stairs halfway up. I don't see how I can safely use a ladder, so any ideas on how to paint this and the wallpaper afterwards?
