What to paint this outside wall with?

This wall is the side of my neighbours house in my garden. As you can see the bottom un-rendered part is unsightly and needs a repaint. The old green paint on it is floor paint (suggestion by B&Q staff) and prior to that it was painted with masonry paint which became manky within a few months. The floor paint lasts a fair while before needing a recoat but someone has said that the paint here should be breathable? Any suggestions of a suitable paint or is the floor paint OK to use again?

A good question. You can't just paint other people's property even if it does face your garden.

B&Q staff suggested floor paint for an outside wall?

Ideally a breathable masonry paint yes.
