Im not a big fan of "Jacks" a tiler is a tiler. A plumber is a plumber. Someone who passes themselves as can do multi trades while I do not doubt they cant do this and some are probably very good a Jack is a Jack you will find they lack experience and expertise by splitting over all them trades.
Professional tilers are a separate trade. You can then also reach a tier of tiler who care enough and can get paid enough to produce almost perfection and a job that will outlast you but it is sadly less and less common and they will be booked for months.

I've only used a pro tiler once, all I can say is wow... He seemed to just chuck them up at high speed, yet managed to get them all perfectly level and grouted in the time it would probably take me to put one up Been doing it for decades, knew his trade.
