What type of gutter is this?

Hi all, I'm wondering if someone can tell me the name of a type of guttering which has been used to replace the original wooden box gutter at the front of my terraced house. I have enclosed images below. As you can see from the first picture it is much thicker (albeit hollow) than a standard upvc gutter.

Also does anyone know any companies that supply/manufacture this and roughly how much it costs?
