Hello
I have a brick wall that has been plastered in the normal way (bonding and finish) problem is that the wall had a radiator on it and the plaster has lifted off in an area of 1.5m*0.5m. Now the radiator has been moved to another wall and won’t be going back to the original wall so need to repair this damage area of plaster.
Should I try to bond and skim it as I am crap at plastering and local plasters don’t want such small job.
Or can I use some metal backed plasterboard I have and glue or screw it to the wall and then give it a skim.
Many thanks
