What's best to fill these gaps between upvc window frame and wall? Render? silicon? something else?
The shank on the screwdriver is 76mm, so gives you an idea of how deep some of these gaps are. It's a 1947 cavity wall. The previous house owners had the cavity wall insulation removed to stop the damp . . . I think filling these holes will help too!
I'm getting a pro in to replace the areas of blown render, but this weekend I'd like to fill these gaps before the rain starts again.
