Just wondering if anyone had any ideas what this could be? Found it earlier under a load of Ivy thought it was a tree. It stands approximately two meters vertically above the ground in our rear garden. Its a really long long way from our home, I've yet to dig around it. I am hoping that its a little more than just an over engineered washing line.
