Where can I buy a loft Fire Escape window?

Apart from Velux?

The window has to have an opening of at least 0.33 square/metres. And the height or the width shouldn't be less than 450mm.

Wicks do 2 loft windows, but one of them is too small and the other one is too big.

I want it to be as cheap as possible.... (cheap in price, not in quality

)
