i m in need to redo part of a pine floor base then covered with a carpet. As the current flooring is layed with lacquered pine board of 20mm x 145mm I was looking for similar boards. I looked online and at Selco, B&Q. The stores dont have them and the ones sold on Wickes are of the wrong size.
I am based in Harrow, London. Any suggestion of where i could find them nearby?
Also can I use a similar material like oak, teak or anything cheap that is not mdf but still solid/soft wood?
