Where can i buy this MCB?

Does anyone know where i can buy the MCB below? It is a GE Series E 6000 B40 or can i buy a compatible 40A mcb by a different manufacturer, the CU is also made by GE. Many Thanks.

Go to your local Rexel Senate, their own branded MCBs are GE.

Denmans also do Series E breakers - but they're labelled their own brand - Steeple.

But they're probably a lot cheaper.
