Where can i get this hinge in UK?

Hi All

Im having trouble finding this type of hinge. The wind blew my uPVC door with quite some force and bent one of the hinges and now the door has become stiff when opening and closing. I've been trying to find this type of hing for a long time but i cant find anyone who sells them.

If anyone can even help me identify the type of hinge it is, it may help searching for it.

Could you bend it back to it's original shape?

I did manage to bend it back as much as i could, previously i couldnt even close the door, but unfortunatly its still not perfect and is really stiff opening and closing the door.
