I have a traditional (ie not combi) water and central heating system run by a 20 y/o Chaffoteaux & Maury boiler.
I have a service contract with BG, but they are moaning about the age of the boiler.
If I needed to, where can I get parts for it ?

I think that was "Chaffoteaux & Maury".
But the other question is which model ? You need to identify the model, but more usefully the part numbers. May be in the commissioning/servicing guide if you still have it.
Theres a few places on line
hrpc.co.uk (in plumb centre shops)
or here
or here

...but the age might be a problem. The best bet might be to start saving for a new one.

Hi,

Thanks for the speedy replies.

It is a C & M boiler, a Corvec Maxiflame 2. I managed to get through to one of C & Ms engineers and he said the part I needed was still used in some of todays models! He also recommended HRPC.

Thanks for the speedy replies.

PS - Has started saving for a new boiler, but was hoping to relocate it later this year when we have a new garage built.
