It's an old house, possibly around 1910 I think.
I think the original bay roof is metal of some sort, this has been covered with roofing felt which has lots of holes in it.
It also looks like the wood under the roof is not completely sealed to the
Brickwork, I'm wondering if it could be blowing in from the edges.
Would this normally be sealed with silicone or something?
It just leaks when it's very heavy rain but then it pours in.
