I am aware of companies with web sites offering soundproofing boards etc. but I only want to do two small areas about four feet wide each and it seems that to order this stuff you need to spend around £100. Does anyone know anywhere in South(West) London where you can buy exactly what you want ? None of the normal DIY chains seem to stock anything along these lines.

not sure if it would suit you but i used isover apr 1200 (looks like insulation) and gyproc soundbloc plasterboard (for a stud wall), i got both from my local travis perkins, they may do other soundproofing products.
