Where to find curved bath panel and jet covers (with eye) for corner bath?

Hi, we have this corner bath (see photos).

The side panel cracked over a year ago, and we had to remove it anyway to lay flooring.

Where can we find a replacement. There doesn't seem to be a model number anywhere on the bath, or panel.

Also the jet covers and eyes are all missing. Where can we get replacements? Are thry expensive?

Any ideas? Or are we better off just panelling the side? If so, with what?

Stickyback plastic-wrapped plywood bath panel

I have an odd shaped bath panel to replace so I want to make my own out of plywood. Is wrapping the whole panel in stickyback plastic a good way to avoid sealing/priming/painting the face and edges? I've not heard of it being done before so I'm just checking there's no obvious problem with it...
