Where to hire a Trio floor sander for Parquet flooring ???

Hi guys,
I hope someone can help currently laying the reclaimed parquet (at long last) but have been reading that a Trio sander is the best thing to use for the sanding process. My problem is that I cannot find anywhere outside of London that supplies them......
Does anyone know where I can hire one in the grimsby area ? or is it ok to use a normal sander like those at HSS?
