Which crown paint ?

Which is better for opacity ? Contract or trade ( what is the diff) ? Or if you know of another good thick one coat paint ?

Reading the.online application data sheet for both to see the differences. It's a simple one page document. Probably different formulations.
No such thing as one coat coverage. Can lash on heavy with thick pile roller though like in rental bashing. Is that what you mean?

I just want a a paint that has the best opacity so I don’t have to go 3/4 coats

With silk it's sometimes better to apply a matt first.
Depends what you are trying to cover.
Most surfaces need two coats. If it's grubby or dark colour you will need three coats.
Buy the cheaper one imo
