I'm about to start and the question is what tile cutter to get. The tile I'm laying is http://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/cat...que-metro-crackle-glaze-tiles-bastille/17346/
I've been reading up about diamond wheel cutters and seen some in shops. For example, the Plasplugs compact cutter recommended to me in a well known builder's merchant on Holloway road. But it looks flimsy and the bigger Plasplugs models got lukewarm reviews to say the least. The Clarke ETC180 240V 500W Electric Tile Cutter http://www.amazon.co.uk/Clarke-ETC180-240V-Electric-Cutter/dp/B004M463PG/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top has two good reviews and the build quality looks all right going by the photo. Is it a good cutter? What alternatives would you recommend? I'm happy to spend circa £100
