Which Dow 785 for shower tray and wetwall?

Hi guys, needing advice on which dow 785 (or other make) to use to replace the mouldy silicone on the shower tray. Plastic tray and wet wall. The instructions for the wet wall was don't use any cleaning product that contains bleach, would this have any effect on my choice of sealant.

The clue is in the N - neutral curing - sticks to plastics where acetoic ? smells of vinegar - does not stick nearly so well

I've also started using the 785N. Just the lack of smell is good enough reason but I also find it easier to get a good finish.

What does that mean? N doesn’t stick as well as +?
