Which gas water heater?

Hi All,
I am new to forums so be patient!!! please.I need to replace my hot water heater but I only have an interior wall to hang it on.The one I have at the moment is a chaffoteaux britony flexi flue and has fan assisted flue.I need some suggestions on what I can replace it with please.The hot water requirement is 3 bed semi with a family of four.
Please help me!!!!!

MAIN make a fan flued water heater. £450 ish + flue +installation.
