renovating a farm in france, just wondered which is the best guttering to use....i.e. copper, plastic,tin etc etc..........which is the most expensive, and is it worth paying the extra......... can u recomend any good suppliers...thanks for your help

i would say plastic guttering is the most convenient.

Whay do other buildings in the area use? go with that. Materials vary from country to country. Bloody impossible to find laminate kitchen worktops in Spain for example.
If you wanna keep the old barn look then search reclamation yards. I think they have them in France, somewhere.

You could use extruded aluminium looks good if the house in question is something special, otherwise plastic.
