As above, what options do we have for a non-slip floor for a commercial kitchen?

The subfloor is a concrete slab.

We've had anti-slip vinyl in the past, but doesn't last much longer than a few year, before it tears or starts lifting at the seams.

It's going to be in a wet and greasy environment.

Is the anti slip resin stuff any good?

Anti slip flooring should be lasting ten years really. Has it been laid properly before. You can get polysafe it 2.5mm an 3mm thickness which will last a lot longer.
What your best doing is every year get the people who fit it to check the joints of the weld an redo them if worn. That way you will get a lot more years out of it.
