Which shower with a combi?

Hi All,

I've just had a glow-worm 38cxi fitted to my house and therefore have no water tanks.

I've been looking for the best shower to replace the thermostatic mixer that is currently in place because the flow rate is poor to say the least.

Has anyone any knowledge of venturi, pressure balanced & electric?

I would rather not fit an electric shower BTW
