Swap the entire light for a led if you can.
Something like

muzha 2 Packs LED Batten Lights 4FT 40W 4000k Daylight,Low Profile Wall or Ceiling Surface Mounted Fitting for Home/Workshop/Office/School Restaurant https://amzn.eu/d/80jgkQG

Hard to get old tubes now. Look's like Screwfix hasn't any looking at your link

Will the Phillips light not fit my exisiting setup?

It will physically fit, although some wiring alterations may be required. It's also less than half the light output of the fluorescent.

Shoehorning LED 'tubes' into places intended for fluorescent tubes is very far from optimal.
Unless you are desperate to keep the outer casing of the old fitting, just buy a new LED batten.
