Which underlay - concrete and chip subfloor

What type of underlay should I pick for these two subfloors:

Reasonably even concrete floor - c7m

Level chipboard with minimal bounce - c11m

I had fibreboard recommended for the chipboard subfloor area and Timbermate for the concrete area.

I'm mainly interested in reducing noise and movement in the floor.
