Personally I'd go with the netbook. Touchscreens are all fancy and clever, but in the real world, they don't work.

I'd prefer the one most suited to my needs, and not just for fashion

If wanted to read stuff with minor text input and be able to do this while on the move, then I would use a tablet

If I wanted to input more text while sitting down, then I would prefer a netbook

If I wanted to do more typing for any length of time then I would prefer a proper laptop

What Jobs' fan bois fail to appreciate is that not all software is designed to run an a poxy mac is it?

Much better (if the need arises ) is to virtualise a Mac on a proper PC
