Just wondering if anyone can help me with this one.
Our dishwasher was working fine until a couple of weeks ago, when it began making a consistent, repetitive banging noise (I think when it is pumping water in). I have taken off the spinners, but the noise is still there and you can feel a shaking on the pipe going into the machine.
The grey inlet pipe has a "lump" built into the side of it about 5cm x 5cm. I think this is some sort of valve.
Also, it has begun making a loud repetitive clicking noise when the tablet dispenser opens. You can generally stop this by opening and closing the door.
Any ideas?
