Whirlpool acp4501/1 dishwasher warning light

The dishwasher wasn't draining, flooded the kitchen, tripped out my electrics.

It's on again now, but the start light is flashing green twice, then pausing, then repeating the two flashes.

What anyone know what's wrong and what I can do?

F2 means you have water on the baseplate & the antiflood device has been activated. Lean the dishwasher forward (or backward) to drain the water off the baseplate then try it. If this happens again you must get the source of the leak tracked down.
