whirlpool adg 7460 bleeps 4 times

my whirlpool dishwasher an ADG 7460 stops working and bleeps 4 times.

i set it and switch it on, close the door then it sounds like it has started, water can be heard going in then drains, you can hear it going then it bleeps 4 times and stops.
this all happens within about 4 minutes.

the machine is an integrated one that is only 14 months old.

any ideas please.
