Whirlpool ADP 4501 - No Power? No Lights??

Hiya,

I've a Whirlpool ADP 4501 Dishwasher that didn't complete it's last cycle before it seemed to switch itself off.

I've checked the plug, fuse and wall socket but no luck.

Feels as though the power switch isn't engaging when I push it. Feels a bit 'spongy'!!

Any ideas.
