Washer has decided to jam itself at the end of the load with the barrel upside down so can't remove washing. Has anyone come across this? Is it possible to release barrel somehow?

This will be the slimline top loader?
Sounds like the doors have opened during the wash.
If so, it's a complete strip down job.
If you try to force it round you risk damaging the inner metal drum, twisting the heater and at worst puncturing the outer tub.
