Help needed. Fitted kitchen installed about 2 years ago. Dishwasher Appliance works perfectly well. But recently, the door became stiff and then stiffer.I spoke to my kitchen fitter who said it was a 'design' fault. Critically, he says the fault is with the appliance ( ie not his workmanship) Despite promising to come over 5 weeks ago still no sign of him. I applied WD 40 to the door springs and this has freed the opening/ closing of the doors. However, it has failed to stop the whole dishwasher appliance moving back and forth when I open and close the door. The model I have has 2 adjustable feet at the front and NYLON/ PLASTIC ROLLER in the centre of the rear. Although his workmanship is of a relatively good standard ( all other appliances working properly without fault I don't believe it's a 'design ' fault.
The upshot is that if I physically move the unit back although the bottom part of the door is flush with the unit doors either side of the appliance the top of the Dishwasher door is a full 1" further in than the bottom. Can you help.
