HI, Hope someone out there can point me to the part causing this problem.
Our AWO/D5526 appears to be working properly, but recently has be inconsistent. Sometimes the detergent is still in the dispenser and does not fill to the usual level.
I have cleaned the dispenser, checked the filter at the bottom of the machine and cleaned the small meshed filter in the water inlet valve. The only other thing I've tried is watering down the concentrated detergent, as it is rather thick. The machine is a cold water supply only.
I think it could be the solenoid valve, or the water level switch. I could try switching the water and conditioner valves as a test, but would really prefer some expert opinions. oh, it drains ok and is also heating up.
