I want to fit a new knob to the wooden front attached to my Whirlpool 'fridge and need to get to the back of this wooden door.
The wooden front seems to be attached to the 'fridge itself and then the Whirlpool door fitted to the wooden door. I am loathe to start undoing things in case I can't get the 'fridge door replaced tightly. I have some weird drawings which came with the Whirlpool but can't understand them !! HELP

Does the fridge door run in plastic sliders attached to the wooden door at the opposite side to the hinges as you open & close it? If so there is usually a thin flat cover that you can gently lever off to get access to the securing screws.

Thanks jj, I don't recognise any of the bits you mention. Have raked out the original paper-work from the fitter, it's an AMB575 if that's any help.
