I have a Whirlpool DU927QWDB1 that is stuck in "Lockout". When you shut the door, the Normal (power) button is on and the Status is "Drying" for a few seconds, then the Status switches to a flashing red light at "Lockout". The obvious is right there on the control panel: "hold button for 5 seconds to release Lockout", but that doesn't work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
