Whirlpoop washer/dryer washes always hot

Hi

My whirlpool washer dryer AWZ410 rinses in hot water only!! the clothes all come out very hot, and colours run even on coldest program! Is it the thermostat? if so where is it located? I do have Engineering skills so can replace parts.

The Dryer part works ok and the cold pipe works because we have a dishwasher on the cold pipe.

Its only about 2 years old if that helps.

check the hose connection at the machine

it does sound like some one has swapped the hot and cold hoses
