i have a whirpool washing machine 1000, the problem i have is that the water doesnt drain, we have had a few service people come out over the years on many machine and so far we have only seen them take out a pipe out and then open a screw at the back and then close it after a while.
does anyone know what the screw looks like and where about it is ?
the machine is fine after this, im PRETTY sure they disconnect the drain pipe but not sure what screw they open, if anyone knows please let me know.
