Whistling door

HI guys,

Just about to move into a new house, new for us but old property really....
The back UPVC door is a few years old id say and it appears to be letting the wind in and a whistling can be heard through the door..

Can I get this door re sealed? is it easy? expensive? who would do such a job?

it may need the hinges adjusting too, get a window fitter/upvc specialist, depends how bad it is but i wouldnt expect it to be more than 60-100
