Whose job is it to do dry valley on the lay boards.

The carpenter would board the valley when he forms the roof structure. The roofer would fit the dry valley tray.

Oh thanks.
A bit confusing though as I've had a quote for a job with these valleys obviously necessary. The price is massively over what I was expecting and there's no mention of the valley or materials needed included.
