We are having a ramp removed and stairs put in our driveway. Came across this monstrous hole. It has a small pipe running out of it from what I can only guess comes from where to door is.
Absolutely at a loss as to wtf this is.
It's not that the block has been removed accidentally or fell out. It's literally been designed and built this way.
Any thoughts/ideas ?
