Wickes 50mm x 50mm maxi trunking - coupler?

I've bought some 50mm x 50mm Wickes maxi trunking (Product code: 109653) and need a straight coupler to cover the join - but they don't sell a straight coupler. In fact, I can't find anyone who sells a 50mm x 50mm straight coupler. Any suggestions? It's in the corner of a bedroom and I'd like it to look as neat as possible. Wickes maxi trunking

I usually butt the ends together and overlap the lid, but its probably made by someone like MT or Centaur

I once got CEF down from £95.00 to £27.50 for a box of ten J804 junction boxes.

I was only in there because it was Saturday afternoon and nearby.

If you have spare trunking, cut a few small 10 X 20 mm sections and fashion your own coupler by gluing the bits inside the trunking with super glue. Butt the two "good" ends together as the ends will be square and as CB say overlap the lid and join the lid sections the same way.

Looking at the MT website, I'd say that it's almost definitely the same - and they do straight couplers too. Many thanks to you all.
