Google search 'cockspur' handles, they look like avocet or WMS W50, hole centres are all the same however there are various sizes of backset though so you'll need to measure yours to see which you have, they'll either 9mm, 17mm or 22mm, this is the measurement from the face or surface that the handle screws on too(where your 4 holes are) to the highest or thickest point on the wedge(the square bit stuck on the frame)
