Window leaking from top

When it rains I get this window leak? I’m initially thinking it’s silicon. But I did that a last year (but it may have been done badly)

any ideas how to sort?

Any chance [when] it stops raining of a few images of the outside please, get as close as poss with some, unless this window is above ground floor level??

What age is the property?

Ok. I got someone to out loads of silicon on it(externally) It’s sorted now. Thanks
