Window lock

Hi,

One of my windows does not lock fully. It is like something has slipped inside the lock?

The handle only opens to 45 degrees and when closed the latches do not travel fully to lock.

Please see pictures.

Any ideas on what is wrong guys? Appreciate any help.

Hi,

may be that the handle mechanism doesn't work and you have to desmantle it.

Most likely a knackered gearbox.
