Crank, that's brilliant!! Thanks so much. I've ordered one, and I see that they also provide a fitting service, so have ticked that box too. We opened the bedroom windows wide last night because of the heat, but at 4.00am it was cold, and I went to pull it closed. It was very stiff, and half-asleep, I just pulled harder!! Had I been awake, I would probably have thought 'don't force it'. Result - bent hinge!!
