window seal

Hi
I have double glazing and recently I have noticed the panes of glass look dirty whenever the sun shines on them even though they have been cleaned I have noticed after closer inspection that the dirt seems to be between the panes can anyone tell me is it possible the seals have gone on this window

the only thing that is broke is the compressed air blower they used to blow the dust off the inside of your glass prior to sealing.

I would agree with you but windows have being in for years and it has just recently appeared
