Window washing water dispersant

My wife has had enough of paying for the windows to be cleaned/washed.

So now I have to take over the job.

The window cleaners in our area use the brush on a pole method.

So basically what is the make-up of the washing solution they use, where the water disperses itself without any streaks or that what's to happen after cleaning.

Would I be right that this solution can be used to clean Upvc cladding too as they had on a nieghbours, which I've just completed by hand on a ladder with cloths etc..

Pro cleaners actually use deionised water which is chemically pure and salt free - hence it's no streak properties.
I guess a clean chamois leather is as close as you'll get, after the wash!
