Hello all. Be grateful if anyone could help with this problem.
Don't quite now how to describe this problem, but here goes: whenever there's winds or turbulence outside my house, the windows in the house all begin to emit a whining sound, as if air is somehow getting through.
I've checked the seals on the windows and can't see any gaps.
Does anyone know what the problem might be? Apparently the person who owned the house before put the windows in himself, so it's likely a problem with how he installed them.
Any ideas?
